You expect an excellent team at your trade fair stand. For that to happen, a lot of other things have to be done first.
First we interview all applicants personally. We want to get to know the people who will be working with you. We look for strengths and special talents which may not have been included in the application. This is the only way we can find out who will be ideal for you.
The next step is our Melles & Stein training. We check existing know-how in practical tests. We give training in ideal behaviour for every area of activity (from the rules of service to the theory of communication). The newly-acquired knowledge is then put into practice through practical exercises. Immediately afterwards, every participant receives a comprehensive evaluation.
Even our most experienced hostesses and hosts have to be able to show that they are up-to-date. We provide continual feedback from our clients, chief hostesses and project managers so that our booker always knows who to select for each event.
Before every trade fair event opens, our project managers meet with the selected hostess team to provide instructions and information. We discuss all important points to do with the trade fair, your individual requirements and your stand and all upcoming assignments to ensure everything runs perfectly from the very first morning.
As you can see, there are a lot of things to be done before things really start to happen – we take time to get to know our hostesses well, and to enable them to get the Melles & Stein feeling.
