It's official: Melles & Stein offers excellent working conditions. Following our initial certification in 2024, we are aiming for recertification in 2026. To convince the auditors, you have to offer a lot. Extremely flexible working time models, good training opportunities, a family atmosphere with room for creativity, a job ticket, and childcare subsidies are just the beginning.
We are currently setting up our occupational health management system for recertification, and we will continue to do so afterwards—always with the goal of ensuring that our team is doing well. For us, that is appreciation in action.
