A very important one is our Melles & Stein training course, which everyone has to successfully complete before their first deployment.
And to show you that we don’t just make empty promises, we let you take a look behind the scenes – directly into the classroom, so to speak:
When the booking invites people to training, the ground floor of our old railway station is turned into a training camp. In this historic setting, we teach the right behaviour for every type of deployment and students can directly put their new knowledge into practice in role plays. Here they have to put up a convincing performance not only with their charm but also with their technique, because after the training every participant receives a comprehensive evaluation. This enables our booking to also optimally plan the “new recruits”.
But this is not the only reason why our training is so important. Here we above all take the time to really get to know our hostesses. We are interested in them and listen to what they have to say. We also talk about ourselves. And this is true not only for the executive board, but also for our booking colleagues – as it is the only way to invoke the Melles & Stein spirit, which makes us stand out and impresses our clients positively. After all, our hostesses are in a class of their own.
