Our contribution

• 42 hostesses and hosts for all areas (service, bar, kitchen, logistics, security, product demonstrations, VIP service, wine-tasting) 2 baristas, 4 cooks
• Making tailor-made hostesses outfits as required by the client:
• skirts and blouses for the hostesses
• leather aprons for the wine-tasting
• service personnel in cooks' jackets and caps
• printed scarfs and breast-pocket handkerchiefs for the ITAB employees
• A make-up artist
• Meals after an alternating daily, country-specific motto: Scandinavia, Central Europe, England/Ireland/America, China and the Mediterranean countries
• On the upper fIoor: presentation of the meals on special buffets at any time of day for the guests' own choice
• On the lower fIoor: the meals are served in the food-court after being ordered via the "Itab Business Card"
• Special crockery (disposable and non-disposable) appropriate to the individual stand areas, partly marked with printed logos
• Wine-tasting with suitable high-quality chocolate and the appropriate cheese
• Juice bar
• Self-service station
