• All seven days: Bavarian-style "white sausage" breakfast for 250 people before the trade fair is officially opened
• Electronic ordering system for ordering 325,000 meals and beverages during the trade fair
• Tailor-made wardrobe for the KBA employees at the information desk

In the upstairs restaurant with seating for about 500 people: big menu (including drinks), short visits by guests, guest management for group reservations

Daily budget-control with allocation of consumption to the individual KBA companies.
