Despite all the enthusiasm for our new path, the last three years at Melles & Stein have not been easy. First a two-year forced break and reinventing ourselves, then a rocket launch with a team that has since been cut in half.
All this with an empty hostess database, suppliers who had lost their cooks or drivers, and prices that were completely incalculable due to the war and the energy crisis.
But the new start was successful, with a great team, a lot of cohesion in the industry and the trust and loyalty of our customers. None of this can be taken for granted. And we are very grateful for that! Without you and you we would not be here!
