- We developed a meal and entertainment concept appropriate to the design and motto of each stand. (2015 theme: water; 2017: 4 different theme worlds)

The trial meal to fine-tune the meal concept.
Coordinating all details, such as selecting the right crockery (in 2015 we had breakfast boards made with the Impress décor, and for the meals in 2017 there was specially selected and colour-coordinated crockery for each of the 4 theme worlds.)
The challenge for our cooks at a trade fair is preparing haute cuisine meals with very limited space.
